Styled Shoot | Warehouse Wedding | Miami Marketta | Gold Coast
After a recent styled shoot with the girls from The Palace & Co for a Bohemian & Moroccan styled photo shoot, I was eager to jump on board for another styled shoot.
This time around we are showcasing their amazing styling, furniture and props for an industrial warehouse wedding.
Our location is the industrial warehouse and creative precinct known as Rabbit & Cocoon or Miami Marketta on the Gold Coast.
As I gazed around the amazingly styled warehouse there were 5 main areas – the wedding ceremony setup, the lounging area, the fun photo booth, dance floor and the amazing wedding reception – to show how The Palace & Co. can create an entire wedding in one big blank warehouse space for a lucky bride and groom having an industrial warehouse wedding.
The Wedding Ceremony Setup : Old metal chairs painted in blues, reds, oranges and teal with just enough distressed areas to show through the rusted metal underneath, a beautiful big flower-filled heart as the aisle centre piece and rose petals scattered up the aisle balanced the minimalist industrial look with some wedding prettiness.
The Lounge : A rich red velvet antique lounge and arm chairs to match our bride’s red suede shoes, a drinks table with crystal glasses and decanter, a chess set on the table for some post-ceremony fun, a cowhide rug and lamp for atmosphere, and we can’t ignore that humungous WED sign.
The Wedding Reception : Where the party begins. Get rid of that white linen and chair covers and get creative. The Palace & Co definitely will spice up your wedding reception with long trestle tables, funky chairs, vintage china, foilage hanging from the roof and some rather large signage.
The Photo Booth : Ah the good old crazy shenanigans that go in the photo booth – every wedding entertainment must-do!
The Dance Floor : Where the party really begins once the shoes come off and the crazy dance moves begin.
Our awesome retro styled real life married couple Deb & Jon along with their mock bridal party made the shoot heaps of fun.
Thanks to Wedding Flowers by Julia Rose for the bridal bouquet and the foliage to decorate the wedding reception area.
I have to say without a doubt I would hire The Palace & Co. to style my industrial warehouse wedding.
