SECLUSIONS BLUE MOUNTAINS WEDDING
Emily + Paul
Ceremony & Reception : Seclusions Blue Mountains
Sometimes you have to travel to another country to find the love of your life. Paul was born in the UK and travelled to Australia a few years ago. One night he met Emily and the rest is history. Even Paul had me tear up during his speech with how much he adores Emily and can’t wait start their own family together.

BLUE MOUNTAINS WEDDING VENUE – SECLUSIONS
Seclusions Blue Mountains is located in Rydal, about 45 minutes north-west of Katoomba or just over 2 hours from Sydney. This charming, rustic venue in the mountains is an idyllic setting for an intimate wedding.
With picture-perfect country views, on-site cabin accommodation for the bridal party and family, two rustic barns for your celebrations and evening reception, caravan bar, fire pit, combined with modern amenities, makes Seclusions a wedding destination that will be fondly remembered.

Polka dot socks, Budweiser beers, dancing and some good looking dudes in navy suits …
Not so subtle brand placement – Budweiser beer for the groom and groomsmen.
BRIDE PREP PHOTOS & PORTRAITS IN THE BAKERY
The bride wore a stunning Pronovias wedding gown from Perfect Day Bridal in Willoughby. Hair & makeup by the talented Paul Bedggood.
OUTDOOR CEREMONY IN THE BLUE MOUNTAINS
A beautiful outdoor garden ceremony with views of the countryside and mountains as your backdrop. Tina Marie from Love in the Mountains was the celebrant for their Seclusions Blue Mountains wedding.
With the popularity of Drones, naturally a Drone made an appearance for a fly over after the ceremony.
Just a taste of how I shoot family photos. The couple get more combinations that what is shown here.
BARN RECEPTION AT SECLUSIONS BLUE MOUNTAINS
Sydney bride Emily, along with the help from family and friends, styled the venue with gathered bunches of wheat, wildflowers and foliage and hessian table runners. In the middle of the room, hanging from above the bridal table was a timber ladder decorated with an array of flowers and greenery. A nice contrast to the beautiful timber beams and rustic corrugated iron wall which adds loads of character to the reception room. Being a chilly winter wedding in the mountains, the guests were gifted with a pair of woolly socks.
The cheese wheel wedding cake was from Formaggi Ocello in Surry Hills where you can find the finest selection of Italian, French & Australian farmhouse cheeses – yum!

The morning of the wedding, I found this secluded bush setting as the location for the afternoon’s bridal portraits. It has to be one of my favourite wedding photography locations ever!
