The wedding of Aspa & Hayden at Gabbinbar Homestead in Toowoomba
BRISBANE & TOOWOOMBA WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Aspa & Hayden
The groom and groomsmen got ready for the wedding day offsite at a hotel in the main street of Toowoomba. Heading to the local pub for a game of pool to settle the nerves, before making their way to Gabbinbar Homestead.
The bride and bridesmaids prepared for the big day ahead in the Gabbinbar Bridal Retreat.
The Gabbinbar Homestead makes for a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos, particularly the Library room for all the bride’s pretty details with lots of props for creative detail photos and that all important dress photo.
Even quiet moments for the bride and her mum to exchange gifts. The bride’s mum is the owner of Gowns of Elegance and made her wedding gown. Hair & Makeup was by Bella Brides Hair & Makeup.
The groom and groomsmen arrive at Gabbinbar and hangout in the Library until it’s time to greet their guests.
The bride presents her father with a gift and greets her grandparents before getting ready to walk down the aisle.
The Gabbinbar Pavilion is the perfect indoor/outdoor ceremony space. With views of the garden and forest beyond, the bride and groom have the protection of the roof should the weather turn bad and it rains or shelter them from the hot Queensland sun.
Then it was time for the bride to walk down the garden path towards her groom, who was waiting for her in the Pavilion to say their I-do’s.
Gabbinbar offers a variety of backdrops for your Toowoomba wedding photos. The Old School House, Barn, gardens, the woodlands and bamboo forests, and a big open grass field. White the bride & groom and bridal party are off wandering the property having their bridal portraits, the wedding guests can mingle on the lawn while enjoying canapes and playing a few lawn games to pass the time.
It was then time for the evening celebrations to begin in the Gabbinbar Conservatory. The stunning glass roof of the Conservatory, fills the room with gorgeous light upon sunset, making this room a truly elegant reception space for you to enjoy.
