Country Weddings

I’m Deb Boots, a NSW based photographer that specialises in photographing country weddings in country NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

If you are a bride and groom getting married in rural regions, Id love for you to view my photography portfolio in the hope I can be there to capture your awesome country wedding.

The Australian bush is littered with some of the most picturesque countryside. Wide open spaces like country fields and rural landscapes provide epic backgrounds for your country wedding photos.

Take me back any day to Lauren & David’s country wedding in a marquee on the family’s Sunshine Coast property, Emily & Paul’s country wedding in the Blue Mountains, Amy & James’s European inspired country wedding at Spicers Clovelly Estate in Montville, Maverick & Brendan’s fun country wedding at Branell Homestead, Jade & Brenton’s country wedding in a community hall or Breanna & Josh’s romantic country wedding at Preston Manor in Toowoomba.

I feel most at home photographing in rural communities, with wide open fields, surrounded by the vast natural environment and rustic elements like rundown old barns. There is something about the colours and tones of nature and simplicity of country life that makes photographing rural weddings highly attractive for this wanna-be country girl. Apart from the fact that country brides and grooms are more laid-back and know how to have a darn good time celebrating once the formal parts of the marriage vows are done and dusted.

Whether you are having your big day on a private property, in a rustic barn, the local community hall or a quaint homestead, I would love to capture the event with natural storytelling images documenting your real wedding day.

While I am a Sydney based photographer, I am by no means your uptight city photographer that will care if she gets her boots dirty while galavanting around the paddock full of cow manure. In my opinion, it really wouldn’t be a country wedding if I didn’t see a herd of cows or at least get my boots covered in mud.

My style is unobtrusive with unposed, natural photography to let the real magic of your love unfold on camera.

Mostly, I just love capturing photos of couples connecting on the day they marry their best friend. Images that are honest, heartfelt and unique for each couple.
